Brief Description - Go down to the lower portion of Pillbox Hospital, located at /postal 201. Or look for the EMT marker on the map 
. Behind the counter you will see a red marker you can use to change into your EMT uniform. You will be greeted with a prompt that you must agree to before starting the job. Once agreeing, you will have access to the AMR vehicles and the ability to use your F6 job menu. Once you are finished, return back to this marker to return the EMT uniform and get your old clothes back.
